Who we are
BaCDO is a non-political organisation, founded on the conviction that a society free of exploitation — liveable, just and civil — can be built. Our aim is a developed and civil society in which everyone holds equal rights on the basis of justice.
It began with the energy and resolve of young people who believe they have a part to play in building a fair, peaceful and forward-looking society.
If we commit ourselves to building a society free of exploitation — liveable, just and civil — this country will develop.
Programmes
Awareness in schools, colleges, madrasas, universities and workplaces, and resistance built at local level.
Schooling for disadvantaged children and young people, health care in remote areas, and legal aid.
Building moral grounding, leadership and practical skill among young people.
Evidence-based research and legal awareness, turned into policy recommendations for better governance.
Openings for young entrepreneurs, small businesses, and experienced older citizens.
Courses and training
Three tracks — leadership, personal skills and technology — taught as short, close courses. There is no fee, and each one ends with something you can hold rather than a certificate.
